In this follow-up to the initial visit, we will walk through your personalized plan. You will leave knowing what to do and why the interventions will be effective.

This shorter session is designed to review your progress, address any questions or challenges, refine your care plan, and keep momentum on your path to better health.

The 3-Month Package includes a 90-minute Initial Consultation, a 60-minute Initial Follow-Up Consultation, and 5 additional Follow-Up Consultations over the course of 3 months and offers a savings of $100.00
