Hi, I’m Erica.

I provide personalized nutrition education and counseling via telehealth through a faith-based, food-as-medicine perspective. Personalized nutrition recognizes that a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness doesn’t work, as every person’s genetics, biochemistry, lifestyle, and environment are different. Therefore, you need a nutrition plan that is as unique as you are.

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist®,  the most widely recognized nutrition certification by federal and state governments, and I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their health goals, I believe that food can be a powerful tool for healing and overall well-being. I am committed to empowering my clients on their journeys to better health by providing tailored nutrition plans focused on the root cause of disease and filtering wellness through a lens of faith in God. I take the time to listen and understand my clients' needs, ensuring that my recommendations are both practical and effective.

I live in Calhoun, Louisiana, with my husband of 23 years, Gary, and our two teenage children. Previously, I worked as a middle and high school English teacher and in advertising as a copywriter and graphic artist. I enjoy cooking, hosting friends in my home, writing, and exercising. My family is part of White’s Ferry Road Church in West Monroe, Louisiana.
